About the role

  • Handle security incidents/investigations via ticketing system, prepare conclusive investigation reports, extract area KPIs, analyze intelligence reports to guide investigations, and provide technical support to other analysts, aiming to deliver solutions and best practices.
  • Constantly interact with internal teams to understand processes, proposing and implementing controls and procedures to mitigate risks.
  • Extract, monitor and prepare presentations of investigation area KPIs, gaining insight into team performance, analyzing adherence to SLAs (response times) and recommending improvements to team performance to the coordination.
  • Analyze intelligence reports to direct and focus ongoing investigations.
  • Provide technical support to other analysts to offer solutions and best practices, optimizing the quality and turnaround time of the team’s deliverables.
  • Participate in operational meetings to understand the context of specific issues reported to the investigation area.
  • Identify and propose process improvements using specific techniques and methodologies to mitigate fraud.
  • Conduct local operational visits according to predefined schedules and topics to evaluate potential issues that could lead to fraud.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred fields: Law, Accounting, International Relations, Psychology and/or Information Technology).
  • Knowledge of Google tools and data mining.
  • Experience in operational investigations, fraud, AML (anti-money laundering) and internal controls.
  • Skills in process analysis and improvement, compliance, and corporate/internal and physical security.
  • Analytical capacity and critical thinking to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience with metrics (monitoring and preparing presentations).
  • Intermediate English (desirable for technical terminology).
  • Availability to work on-site in the Av. Paulista area (3x per week).
  • Availability for occasional travel.
