About the role
- Manage the commercial planning process, building granular sales targets aligned with key areas;
- Lead commission calculation routines, ensuring accurate delivery, monitoring results and proposing commission improvements;
- Manage and orchestrate major commercial governance forums and rituals, ensuring strategic alignment across Sales teams (e.g., Hunter/Farmer transition and New Customer integration);
- Monitor the commercial team’s negotiations, identifying blockers and creating reports to provide visibility to leadership;
- Coordinate training for the commercial team together with partner business areas;
- Manage the sales CRM, acting as first-line support for the commercial team;
- Lead and develop the Commercial Planning team, setting career plans, managing individual performance and fostering skill development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred)
- Advanced English preferred
- Strategic Planning
- CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Knowledge of SalesOps and/or the Logistics sector
- Experience leading commercial/sales teams
