Map and analyze risks across the entire logistics journey, with a focus on Last Mile operations.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify causes of losses and propose changes to business rules.
Design and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to loss prevention in Last Mile.
Work closely with Operations, Product, and Data teams to develop systemic solutions, leading internal projects related to loss prevention.
Manage treatment rules for offending couriers/delivery partners.
Act as the team's focal point for loss prevention projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience in Last Mile operations (preferably in e-commerce or technology companies).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis, metrics, and process improvement methodologies.
Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, advanced Excel, Looker, Power BI/Tableau).
Experience in complex, large-scale operations, with business acumen and understanding of financial impact.
Strong communication skills to translate analyses into strategic, actionable recommendations.
Investigative, structured, and results-oriented profile.
Availability for hybrid work in the Avenida Paulista area.
