About the role

  • You will work closely with the founding team and actively help shape the further development of our sales structures
  • First contact by phone with strategically selected B2B customers in the DACH region
  • Independent lead research, qualification of prospects and appointment setting
  • Documentation of all activities in the CRM system
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings, webinars and events
  • Close collaboration with Marketing and the management team

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field
  • Native-level German and good command of English
  • Confident phone manner and strong communication skills — whether on calls, by email or via LinkedIn
  • Genuine interest in AI and technology — no expert knowledge required, but curiosity is essential
  • Persistence, self-initiative and composure when handling rejections
  • Initial experience with sales, marketing or customer-facing roles (internship, part-time job, own project) is a plus
  • Experience with AI agents or prompting
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
