About the role
- You will work closely with the founding team and actively help shape the further development of our sales structures
- First contact by phone with strategically selected B2B customers in the DACH region
- Independent lead research, qualification of prospects and appointment setting
- Documentation of all activities in the CRM system
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings, webinars and events
- Close collaboration with Marketing and the management team
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field
- Native-level German and good command of English
- Confident phone manner and strong communication skills — whether on calls, by email or via LinkedIn
- Genuine interest in AI and technology — no expert knowledge required, but curiosity is essential
- Persistence, self-initiative and composure when handling rejections
- Initial experience with sales, marketing or customer-facing roles (internship, part-time job, own project) is a plus
- Experience with AI agents or prompting
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
