Develop relationships with the clients in your portfolio of Importers who use our market intelligence to increase the chances of growing their businesses
Monitor clients' usage of the contracted solutions and track the achievement of their goals
Understand customers' challenges, promote the use of additional features, and monitor ROI
Identify product improvement opportunities for LogComex based on each client's needs and work closely with the Projects team
Proactively work with clients showing low performance in the platform, overcome objections, and find alternative solutions
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention by tracking these metrics daily
Gather structured, data-driven information and interact with the Commercial, Support and Product teams
Requirements
Experience in Foreign Trade — Import operations
Excellent relationship and communication skills, using precise language in both written and spoken forms
Analytical mindset with a data-oriented approach
Proactive, focused, persistent and resilient
Experience participating in projects that delivered quantitative and/or qualitative results for clients
Experience in Customer Success
Experience in Customer Relationship Management
Experience working in a startup environment
Knowledge of SaaS
