About the role

  • Develop relationships with the clients in your portfolio of Importers who use our market intelligence to increase the chances of growing their businesses
  • Monitor clients' usage of the contracted solutions and track the achievement of their goals
  • Understand customers' challenges, promote the use of additional features, and monitor ROI
  • Identify product improvement opportunities for LogComex based on each client's needs and work closely with the Projects team
  • Proactively work with clients showing low performance in the platform, overcome objections, and find alternative solutions
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention by tracking these metrics daily
  • Gather structured, data-driven information and interact with the Commercial, Support and Product teams

Requirements

  • Experience in Foreign Trade — Import operations
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills, using precise language in both written and spoken forms
  • Analytical mindset with a data-oriented approach
  • Proactive, focused, persistent and resilient
  • Experience participating in projects that delivered quantitative and/or qualitative results for clients
  • Experience in Customer Success
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Knowledge of SaaS
