About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support business development activities aligned with the firm’s strategic plan, including market research, opportunity tracking, and pursuit planning
- Help maintain and grow client relationships through regular communication, meeting coordination, and follow-up
- Track business development activities and outcomes in CRM or pursuit-tracking systems
- Contributes to and maintains firmwide branding strategies, and internal and external communications
- Contributes to maintaining effective working relationships with clients, teaming partners, and vendors, and develops new relationships to uncover untapped opportunities
- Provides proposal support to the Marketing Team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7 years of related experience in BD, proposal development, or related experience, preferably in the consulting and/or Architectural/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adjust to daily changes in priorities to meet deadlines
- Ability to travel to conferences and client meetings as needed
- Good interpersonal skills, and a desire to work both independently and in a team environment
