About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate Employee Health Programs
- Manage Employee Health onboarding requirements for new hires
- Partner with Human Resources and leaders to create a smooth onboarding experience
- Coordinate workplace injury, exposure, and return-to-work processes
- Maintain documentation, track follow-up needs, and support compliance efforts
- Help develop and implement Employee Health processes and procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve employee health, safety, and program effectiveness
- Serve as a resource for Employee Health questions and processes
- Provide guidance and support to leaders and staff across the region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current Montana RN license or Multistate compact license required
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a medical setting such as a physician practice or hospital preferred
- Employee Health or Occupational Health experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- RQI Provider (BLS) required
