Product Manager

• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the product meets the business needs;
• Gather, document, and validate requirements, translating them into clear, prioritized user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria;
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on value, dependencies, and strategic objectives;
• Lead alignment meetings with clients and stakeholders, making scope adjustments as needed;
• Prepare and maintain planning documents such as scope, schedules, delivery roadmap, and project plan;
• Monitor the execution of the team's activities, ensuring traceability of deliveries and monitoring productivity;
• Facilitate agile ceremonies: planning, refinements, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and acceptance testing/approvals;
• Support the creation of project status reports and performance indicators for the team and the product.

Product Owner

Analyst

• Elicit, map and document requirements (functional and non-functional) through interviews, workshops and interactive sessions with stakeholders and end users.
• Act as a bridge between the business and development teams, ensuring understanding, alignment and clarity of requirements.
• Create and maintain specifications (user stories, use cases, flows/BPMN, business rules, prototypes).
• Support backlog refinement in agile teams, detailing items and clarifying the team's questions.
• Validate deliveries with clients (internal/external) and support QA/testing in verifying acceptance criteria.
• Perform impact analysis of changes and propose viable solutions for the business.
• Model processes (AS-IS/TO-BE) using BPMN, diagrams and use cases.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retrospective), when applicable.
• Ensure versioning, traceability and updating of requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of requirement elicitation and documentation processes within the software factory.
