About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and execute the monthly consolidation of the Company’s economic and financial results
Contribute to the preparation and updating of the budget, forecasts and Long-Term Plan
Analyze actuals versus budget, forecast and prior periods, identifying variances, trends, risks and opportunities
Develop projections, scenarios and sensitivity analyses based on operational and financial drivers
Maintain and improve financial models, databases, management reports and dashboards
Prepare analyses and management materials for presentations and discussions with Management, Executive Board, Committees and governance forums
Monitor the performance of supported areas in partnership with managers, reviewing assumptions, targets and action plans
Conduct economic and financial feasibility analyses for projects, investments, contracts and business initiatives
Operate and contribute to the evolution of Oracle EPM, SAP, Power BI and other corporate tools
Support OPEX and CAPEX governance, financial target measurement, external audit and results disclosure
Propose improvements and automations to Financial Planning and FP&A processes
Support the review and standardization of assumptions, criteria, datasets and methodologies
Work collaboratively with business and corporate areas to ensure alignment and quality of financial information

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields
Knowledge of financial planning: budgeting, forecasting, Long-Term Planning and variance analysis
Knowledge of managerial accounting and corporate finance: income statement (P&L), cash flow, EBITDA, CAPEX, KPIs and feasibility analysis
Knowledge of financial modeling, scenario building and sensitivity analysis
Advanced Excel
Experience with Power BI and ERP/EPM systems, preferably SAP and Oracle EPM
Knowledge of the logistics, transportation, shipping or infrastructure sector is desirable
