About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as support and drive evolution of the port terminal's critical systems
Elicit, analyze and specify requirements together with operational and corporate areas
Support the evolution of the company's digital and innovation culture
Ensure integration between operational and corporate systems, including TOS, ERP, WMS, TMS, customs systems, APIs and external integrations
Support operations on critical incidents and high-complexity troubleshooting
Analyze root causes and implement systemic improvements
Provide technical leadership to vendors and technology partners
Ensure good practices in governance, documentation and solution architecture
Participate in digital transformation, automation and innovation initiatives
Identify and participate in AI, analytics, automation and emerging technology initiatives
Contribute to the construction of digital solutions to optimize operations and improve user experience
Support technological modernization and architectural evolution initiatives
Take part in strategic projects for operational expansion and process digitization at the terminal
Support definition of architecture and integrations between solutions
Support homologation, integrated testing and deployment of solutions
Work closely with operational areas, aligning technology and business
Identify opportunities for operational optimization, reduction of cost per transaction and productivity gains

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
Experience in port operations, integrated logistics or terminals
Knowledge of Totvs Recintos Aduaneiros (WMS SARA), Navis N4, customer service portals and customs systems
Experience with automation and digital transformation
Experience with process automation and the use of RPAs
Knowledge of generative AI tools, copilots and intelligent automation
Practical experience with Python and/or Scala applied to data
Strong command of relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, Athena, BigQuery and Azure Data Factory
Experience with AI tools such as Copilot and Notebook LM
