About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyze and specify requirements together with operational and corporate areas;
Provide maintenance and continuous improvement of corporate and operational systems;
Support integrations between internal and external systems;
Monitor vendors and technology partners in the implementation and maintenance of solutions;
Support functional, integrated testing and system acceptance;
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through technology;
Analyze and resolve system incidents and systemic problems;
Support automation and process digitization initiatives;
Ensure functional and technical system documentation is up to date;
Support key users and business areas in the use of systems;
Participate in projects for system implementation, upgrades and improvements;
Act in accordance with information security, governance and compliance best practices;
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
Experience with system integrations;
Knowledge of SQL databases;
Experience with APIs and integration services;
Experience in critical corporate environments;
Knowledge of agile methodologies;
Preferred: experience with logistics, port or operational systems.
