About the role
- Act as guardian of the job and salary policy, supporting reviews, improvements and rollouts with the business areas.
- Conduct internal equity analyses (ranges, overlaps, pay compression, job placements) and propose adjustments to structures, levels and bands.
- Support and/or lead job description, evaluation and classification processes using corporate methodologies.
- Update and maintain salary tables, benchmarks, bandwidths and ranges by business unit, level and function.
- Coordinate the company's participation in market salary surveys, ensuring the quality of submitted information.
- Analyze survey results and prepare comparative studies of competitiveness by position.
- Plan, model and simulate scenarios for merit increases, promotions, range adjustments and rebalancing.
- Develop tools that support leaders in allocating merit budgets.
- Support the definition of annual guidelines for salary review cycles.
- Drive and monitor the execution of processes in the system, handling exceptions and verifying results.
- Support the modeling and review of variable compensation programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Statistics, Psychology or related fields.
- 1+ years of experience in Compensation or related areas.
