About the role

  • Provide support activities to ERs and analyze deviations in departmental processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the team’s daily routines.
  • Participate in project working groups.
  • Handle cases in the CRM.
  • Request road transport service plans during periods of high demand.
  • Contribute to the management of road detentions (exceeded free time).
  • Monitor cargo readiness for shipment.
  • Monitor shipments – departure and arrival notices.
  • Generate general communications – omissions and cargo incidents.
  • Follow up on shipment cancellation handling: overweight, leakage, customer requests, and other causes.
  • Monitor and control cargo held at ports (awaiting delivery).
  • Monitor vessel cut-off using the GCP panel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Port Management, Production Engineering, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate specialization in Administration, Logistics, Port Management, Production Engineering, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or transportation operations.
  • Negotiation skills and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for controlling operational processes.
  • Good communication and ability to interact with different areas of the company and with clients.
  • Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce).
  • Advanced Office suite skills — especially Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
