About the role

  • Supports the Sales Executive in their internal activities and plays a key role in facilitating and supporting the maintenance of existing clients and the development of new business, ensuring prompt and agile attention to clients and internal teams while effectively supporting internal sales activities.
  • Preparing commercial proposals based on inputs from the Sales Executive and re-evaluating proposals;
  • Coordinating requests for special requirements with the involved teams;
  • Registering new clients;
  • Submitting credit applications;
  • Monitoring credit overuse and credit expiration dates;
  • Maintaining contact records in company systems;
  • Making prospecting contacts to warm up leads for the Sales Executive;
  • Following up with clients who have accepted proposals but have no booking;
  • Periodically monitoring the performance of clients in the portfolio, alerting the Sales Executive and/or client when performance deviates from the plan;
  • Active listening: maintain attentive listening during client interactions and bring identified potential business opportunities to the Sales Executive.

Requirements

  • EDUCATION:
  • - Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Logistics, Port Management, Production/Industrial Engineering, or related fields;
  • PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
  • - Postgraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or related areas;
  • - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
