About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop commercial consultants, fostering a high-performance culture, collaboration and close customer relationships
- Monitor regional KPIs and translate data into action plans to drive performance improvements and operational efficiency
- Strengthen and expand relationships with partner Credit Advisors, maintaining close market engagement
- Ensure consistent execution of commercial routines, follow-ups and regional management cadences
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Planning and Payments to remove obstacles and improve partner experience
- Actively participate in visits, meetings and strategic commercial initiatives with the region’s key partners
- Support the evolution of commercial and management processes, contributing to scalability and better organization of the operation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience leading commercial teams and managing performance
- Background in B2B operations with a strong consultative relationship approach to clients or partners
- Experience in the real estate market, mortgage financing or financial services
- Analytical ability to monitor indicators and make data-driven decisions
- Results-oriented, organized, with a strong sense of prioritization
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
- Availability to work close to the market in the Midwest region, including in-person visits and regional travel.
