About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map and prospect medium and large real estate developers
- Present Loft's new resale and registration business model as an operational efficiency solution for partners
- Manage the B2B sales pipeline, from initial contact through signing of the partnership agreement
- Serve as the focal point between the developer and Loft's operations team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in customer service
- Previous experience in mortgage/real estate finance or B2B sales
- Strong commercial background, especially in consultative selling
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Hands-on attitude
- Hunter mentality
