  • Map and prospect medium and large real estate developers
  • Present Loft's new resale and registration business model as an operational efficiency solution for partners
  • Manage the B2B sales pipeline, from initial contact through signing of the partnership agreement
  • Serve as the focal point between the developer and Loft's operations team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service
  • Previous experience in mortgage/real estate finance or B2B sales
  • Strong commercial background, especially in consultative selling
  • Critical and analytical thinking
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
