About the role

  • Develop small internal solutions and MVPs, such as forms, automations, simple dashboards, and functional prototypes;
  • Create data ingestion, processing, and visualization flows;
  • Support the automation of manual processes using low-code/no-code tools or simple code;
  • Build basic login screens, forms, and monitoring dashboards;
  • Assist in requirements gathering with stakeholders, translating needs into practical solutions;
  • Test, document, and iterate on solutions based on user feedback;
  • Support maintenance and minor improvements of existing solutions.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of programming logic
  • Experience with PHP, Node.js, and JavaScript
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases
  • Familiarity with forms, APIs, and integrations
  • Ability to use observability tools to detect incidents and act proactively to resolve them
  • Knowledge of version control (Git is a plus)
  • Curious mindset, eager to learn and experiment with solutions
  • Ability to convert business problems into simple, practical solutions
  • Organized, responsible, and good communication skills to interact with non-technical teams
  • Comfortable working with MVPs, prototypes, and incremental improvements.
