About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop small internal solutions and MVPs, such as forms, automations, simple dashboards, and functional prototypes;
- Create data ingestion, processing, and visualization flows;
- Support the automation of manual processes using low-code/no-code tools or simple code;
- Build basic login screens, forms, and monitoring dashboards;
- Assist in requirements gathering with stakeholders, translating needs into practical solutions;
- Test, document, and iterate on solutions based on user feedback;
- Support maintenance and minor improvements of existing solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of programming logic
- Experience with PHP, Node.js, and JavaScript
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Familiarity with forms, APIs, and integrations
- Ability to use observability tools to detect incidents and act proactively to resolve them
- Knowledge of version control (Git is a plus)
- Curious mindset, eager to learn and experiment with solutions
- Ability to convert business problems into simple, practical solutions
- Organized, responsible, and good communication skills to interact with non-technical teams
- Comfortable working with MVPs, prototypes, and incremental improvements.
