Customer Delivery Engineers (CDEs) own the end-to-end deployment and execution of customer satellite missions at Loft.
Serve as the primary technical interface to customers and translate mission objectives into operational reality.
Operate real spacecraft and work directly with customers to build mission applications on top of Loft’s API and operational infrastructure.
Translate mission objectives into executable workflows, configurations, and tooling that ensures reliable, scalable on-orbit execution.
Sit at the intersection of satellite operations, customer engineering, software development, systems engineering, and program execution.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design (agency and in-house preferred) across digital and physical formats
Strong portfolio showing brand systems plus motion and/or video work
Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with openness to additional tools like Canva, AI, and others as needed
Ability to own and manage several projects at one time, and end-to-end
Clear communication, ability to move through ambiguity and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing vendors and external partners to deliver creative work
Fluent in English (only needed if TLS based)
