Infrastructure Engineer

• Collaborate with developers and satellite operators to foster a strong **SatDevOps culture**.
• Design, implement, and maintain **scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure** in a hybrid cloud environment.
• Improve our **developer experience** by building better tools, workflows, and environments.
• Lead efforts to automate and optimize systems, including **CI/CD pipelines**, **infrastructure provisioning (IaC)**, and deployment workflows.
• Own and evolve our **observability stack** (metrics, tracing, logs) to improve usability and performance. Grafana-centric ecosystems are a plus.
• Implement and advocate for **best practices** in software reliability, fault tolerance, and performance tuning.
• Proactively **identify, investigate, and resolve system reliability issues**, performing root cause analyses and implementing long-term fixes.
• Partner with teams to design and operate **Software Defined Network (SDN)** solutions.
• Contribute to a **collaborative and inclusive team culture** where respectful debate and continuous learning are celebrated.

Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

• Work with Programs Lead Systems Engineers to define performance requirements, consolidate budgets, and ADCS allocations;
• Develop and validate the attitude guidance algorithms (on-ground or in orbit);
• Develop the ADCS calibration strategy;
• Coordinate with the bus suppliers to ensure a follow-up and anomaly resolution;
• Support customer interactions for ADCS performance;
• Be the technical reference for attitude control matters for the in-orbit fleet;
• Diagnose and troubleshoot the ADCS anomalies.

Performance Engineer

Systems Engineer

• Lead customer conversations in English with confidence and clarity, translating mission needs into crisp technical requirements and clear next steps.
• Deeply understand Loft Orbital’s technical solution ecosystem, including satellite platforms, in-orbit capabilities, mission services, and operations to communicate and discuss mission solutions, accommodations, and design tradeoffs concisely to both customers and engineers.
• Evaluate customer design and interface requirements for physical and on-demand missions, aligning with Loft’s program offerings and technical specifications.
• Drive the development of customer-specific technical solutions, asking the right questions throughout the sales process to align on program expectations.
• Own technical proposal content end-to-end, including preliminary architectures, mission analyses, and written narratives that are structured, clear, and mission-oriented.
• Act as the primary coordination point between Business Development and Engineering—analyzing customer requirements, synthesizing information, building alignment, and pushing discussions to outcomes rather than open-ended exploration.
