About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide prompt, efficient and professional food and beverage service
  • Handle cash and follow inventory and food preparation procedures
  • Prepare food item presentations according to guidelines and deliver them to guests
  • Maintain current knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, presentation, appearance and preparation times
  • Monitor guests, anticipate needs, respond to requests and ensure satisfaction
  • Stand for an eight-hour shift
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Food and Beverage experience preferred
  • Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to regularly push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift
