About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in managing all aspects of medical publications projects from inception to completion.
Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams, interfacing with each department within the company.
Meet client and management expectations and establish strong faculty relationships.
Ensure programs remain on target and within agreed-upon parameters.
Responsible for budget development, maintenance, and reconciliation.
Manage external suppliers and keep programs on time and focused on primary objectives.
Provide ongoing updates to internal team members and client contact(s).
Resource management and training of new account team members as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree is required.
One to three years of relevant project management experience in a medical publications environment is required.
Candidates must have the ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Candidates must have experience with publication management platforms, such as iEnvision/Datavision and PubStrat.
