About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in managing all aspects of medical publications projects from inception to completion.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams, interfacing with each department within the company.
- Meet client and management expectations and establish strong faculty relationships.
- Ensure programs remain on target and within agreed-upon parameters.
- Responsible for budget development, maintenance, and reconciliation.
- Manage external suppliers and keep programs on time and focused on primary objectives.
- Provide ongoing updates to internal team members and client contact(s).
- Resource management and training of new account team members as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- One to three years of relevant project management experience in a medical publications environment is required.
- Candidates must have the ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
- Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Candidates must have experience with publication management platforms, such as iEnvision/Datavision and PubStrat.
