About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all aspects of medical communications projects from inception to completion.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams and interface with each department within the company.
- Meet client and management expectations and establish strong faculty relationships.
- Ensure programs remain on target and within agreed-upon parameters.
- Manage budget development, maintenance, and reconciliation.
- Manage external suppliers and keep programs on time and focused on primary objectives.
- Provide ongoing updates to internal team members and client contact(s).
- Resource management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Five to seven years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment is required.
- Ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
- Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
