Collaborate with corporate staff and management to build a high-performing roadway design engineering team; As the team grows, lead and manage a team or teams, including engineers and technicians.
Manage local agency and DOT roadway design projects.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of roadway design projects.
Develop new client relationships and seek out opportunities for new business with local agency and DOT clients.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and specifications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE)
12+ years of progressive experience in roadway design with extensive ODOT experience
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Experience with project management and accounting software
Exceptional organization skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work individually or as part of a team
