About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise potential customers as a point of contact and build trusted relationships
- After training, conduct consultation meetings independently via video conference
- Think proactively and contribute your own ideas for designing structures and processes
- Monitor competitors and keep up with cybersecurity-relevant developments
- Incorporate relevant developments into customer consultations
- Continuously review and optimize customers' IT landscapes for security
- Support companies in German and English as required via phone, email and video conferences
- Occasionally attend trade fairs together with the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Interest in IT security
- IT-related education, for example business informatics, media informatics, IT security or computer science studies
- Alternatively, vocational training as an IT specialist (e.g., Fachinformatiker)
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Very good German language skills (C1)
- Contact with companies in German and English as required
