About the role

  • You are the first point of contact for our prospective customers.
  • You know how to persuade decision-makers and build sustainable relationships with them.
  • You handle our inbound calls and identify the current challenges faced by our (future) customers.
  • You advise them on the appropriate use of our products and collect their feedback.
  • You contribute your experience in Sales Development Management and help us improve our sales process.
  • You research potential new customers and develop suitable outreach strategies that you implement confidently.
  • You are familiar with different approaches such as cold calling and outreach via LinkedIn.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Sales Development or Account Management with a focus on B2B software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Interest in IT security
  • Degree or vocational training in Business, Communication, Media, Computer Science or a related field
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent German and English skills (C1 level)
  • Willingness to travel
