About the role
- You are the first point of contact for our prospective customers.
- You know how to persuade decision-makers and build sustainable relationships with them.
- You handle our inbound calls and identify the current challenges faced by our (future) customers.
- You advise them on the appropriate use of our products and collect their feedback.
- You contribute your experience in Sales Development Management and help us improve our sales process.
- You research potential new customers and develop suitable outreach strategies that you implement confidently.
- You are familiar with different approaches such as cold calling and outreach via LinkedIn.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Sales Development or Account Management with a focus on B2B software
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in IT security
- Degree or vocational training in Business, Communication, Media, Computer Science or a related field
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent German and English skills (C1 level)
- Willingness to travel
