About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for evaluating, negotiating, and approving estimates for vehicles in service, and for supporting suppliers nationwide in assisting users, ensuring the pre-agreed contract amounts with the service provider network, with a focus on repair quality and user safety according to manufacturers' standards;
- Diagnose vehicles based on information provided by service providers;
- Provide accurate repair time estimates;
- Describe the vehicle's condition and respond to any questions as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma (complete);
- Technical or vocational course in the automotive field;
- Experience in automotive maintenance;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
