About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead medium- and high-complexity transformation projects
Identify improvement opportunities in customer journeys, processes, and business outcomes
Structure problems, identify root causes, and develop data-driven recommendations
Apply problem-solving methodologies using hypotheses, structured analyses, and impact-based prioritization
Design, test, and validate solutions through pilots, experiments, and proofs of concept
Evaluate results, define success criteria, and support scaling of validated solutions
Facilitate forums, workshops, and cross-functional discussions for alignment and problem resolution
Influence partner teams and stakeholders to adopt changes
Monitor outcomes, KPIs, and benefit realization of implemented initiatives
Produce executive materials to communicate diagnostics, recommendations, and results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher
Previous experience in Transformation, Strategy, Consulting, PMO, Continuous Improvement, or related areas
Experience leading cross-functional projects
Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
Knowledge of data analysis tools and executive presentation tools such as Power BI or similar
