Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for profitability analysis and management of the individual customers (PF) segment, as well as leading strategic projects aimed at identifying and capturing opportunities to improve results, optimize the portfolio and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Work cross-functionally, connecting data, business and execution to support decision-making and drive value levers.
Analyze and monitor segment profitability, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, costs, product mix, volume and operational efficiency;
Structure and lead strategic projects from diagnosis through implementation, focusing on value creation and financial impact;
Develop in-depth financial and business analyses and collaborate with other areas to ensure consistency and capture value-driving levers;
Build and maintain dashboards and analytical models to monitor performance and identify relevant deviations;
Identify market trends, competitive benchmarks and innovation opportunities that contribute to increased profitability;
Manage stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments and consistent progress of deliverables.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
Strong analytical skills and business acumen;
Understanding of profitability concepts;
Ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders;
Proficiency with tools such as advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI;
Availability to work in a hybrid model at the headquarters in Belo Horizonte, MG;
Profile: autonomous, analytical, structured, good communication skills and ability to navigate dynamic environments.
