About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect and analyze data related to existing business processes, including performance data, metrics and flowcharts.
Monitor and maintain the area’s indicators, analyzing historical data to identify potential process deviations and additional improvement opportunities.
Propose improvements and optimizations to operational and analytical processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction and minimizing manual errors, as well as increasing accuracy in operations.
Develop automations using tools such as Power Automate, Python, C#.NET, SAP Script, VBA macros, Pipefy, Power Apps and other technology platforms.
Interact with partner areas to gather requirements and gain an understanding of processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed higher education; a degree in Technology, Engineering or Business Administration is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Excel is preferred.
