About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Cybersecurity Manager will be responsible for leading and managing Localiza&Co’s corporate Identity and Information Systems Governance program, raising maturity on the subject across the company and acting as the organization’s reference for Identity and Information Systems Governance.
- The professional will be responsible for leading people and KPIs, managing the area’s budget, defining and guiding the team on Information Security strategy for both short- and long-term horizons, ensuring adherence to priorities, resolving complex and/or organizational issues, and acting as the program interlocutor — always positioning Information Security as an enabler for the business.
- The role requires a systemic and comprehensive outlook, autonomy to run the area, the ability to explain, negotiate and prioritize deliverables with senior management, and to provide technical guidance to other professionals.
- The Cybersecurity Manager receives strategic objectives and is accountable for defining how to act to ensure the planned deliveries, working with a strong awareness of business impacts, returns and risks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Networks or related fields (required).
- Postgraduate degree in the area or related courses.
- 10+ years of experience in planning and delivering network projects, covering the technical area and other infrastructure and security processes.
- Proven experience leading and managing technical Cybersecurity and/or Information Security teams.
- Experience managing strategic projects such as office consolidation, equipment and tool upgrades, and technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience in budget management (OPEX/CAPEX), supplier management and contract management for the area.
- Holistic view of Information Security, with mastery of major GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL).
- Cyber risk management with the ability to articulate decisions and priorities with senior leadership.
- Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including command of the ecosystem (IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, Directories).
- Solid knowledge of SailPoint (IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow), including implementation, operation and support of the solution.
- Experience with access governance, user provisioning and deprovisioning, periodic access reviews and access certifications.
- Experience integrating with corporate systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, ERP systems, cloud applications and legacy systems.
- Knowledge of access control models (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Experience working in environments requiring regulatory compliance and audits, with knowledge of standards such as LGPD, SOX, ISO 27001 or similar.
- Knowledge of Security Architecture (design, solution architecture and project delivery).
- Knowledge of Security Operations (incident response, hardening and tooling).
- Knowledge of Security methodologies and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of networks, servers, databases, web applications and basic infrastructure.
- Experience coordinating technical teams, managing suppliers and interfacing with internal business areas.
- Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes.
- Team management skills with emotional intelligence to deal with different profiles, viewpoints and challenging situations in an empathetic, balanced and respectful manner.

- Advanced English (required).
- Mandatory possession of at least five of the certifications below throughout your career: Network+, Security+, CND, CSCU, ISO (27001, 27701, 27018, 22301, 27005, 42001), DPO, COBIT, ITIL, NIST, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CGEIT, CISA or equivalents.
