About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for leading projects related to the Special Projects area of the Operations Directorate, including planning and execution, identifying risks and mitigating impacts to ensure results.
- Structure and lead the industrial maintenance strategy for the Decommissioning Centers.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance processes and maintenance planning and control (PCM).
- Define maintenance indicators and standards.
- Support the implementation of new maintenance structures in operations.
- Manage asset and equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Operations, and Advanced Projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid experience in industrial maintenance.
- Knowledge of PCM, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
- Experience in managing KPIs and reliability.
- Experience in large-scale industrial or logistics environments.
- Experience in technical leadership and team development.
