About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple fronts
- Structure and organize governance routines and cadences with the team and leadership
- Support the definition and monitoring of operational indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure tracking of initiatives and organization of the team's workload and requests
- Support the creation of controls and automations for operational activities
- Coordinate alignments with relevant areas/stakeholders, ensuring organized delivery cadence
- Work with data to monitor performance and support decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma (completed)
- Experience organizing routines, processes, or projects
- Ability to structure and organize requests and priorities
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with or exposure to data analysis
- Strong communication skills to lead governance routines and interact with different areas/stakeholders
- Organized profile with the ability to drive governance
