About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map, analyze and redesign operational processes, identifying opportunities for automation, digitization and efficiency gains;
  • Develop and maintain solutions using the Power Platform and other automation tools;
  • Structure databases, dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making;
  • Develop automations for reporting, operational controls and performance monitoring;
  • Ensure the quality, integrity and governance of operational data;
  • Conduct analyses and studies aimed at increasing productivity, reducing costs and improving customer experience;
  • Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with various business areas;
  • Prepare business cases, feasibility studies and return on investment (ROI) analyses;
  • Define and promote best practices for automation, process management and data usage;
  • Serve as a technical reference for the digital evolution of truck operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics or related fields;
  • Strong experience in process automation, digital transformation and continuous improvement;
  • Experience in process mapping, analysis and redesign;
  • Experience building dashboards, KPIs and analyses to support decision-making;
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint);
  • Knowledge of data modeling and data governance;
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and collaborating with different business areas;
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
