About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and analyze the area’s main performance indicators, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement;
- Support collections and delinquency recovery processes, contributing to the achievement of management targets;
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of delinquent clients, conducting negotiations and financial settlements;
- Provide support to internal teams by supplying information, analyses and guidance related to the recovery of overdue amounts;
- Prepare presentations and executive materials for meetings with leadership, the board and partner areas;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, seeking greater efficiency and productivity in the area’s processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Financial Management or related fields;
- Knowledge of data analysis and monitoring of performance indicators;
- Experience in collections, credit, negotiation and client relationship management;
- Intermediate knowledge of Power BI;
- Advanced Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills;
- Basic knowledge of financial mathematics;
- Familiarity with management systems, preferably SAP;
- Strong analytical skills, organization and attention to detail;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
