**Objective of the role**
Identify, map, analyze and continuously improve business processes, promoting operational efficiency, standardization, waste reduction and support for data-driven decision making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

**Required technical knowledge**
Process modeling: BPMN 2.0, flowcharts, SIPOC and swimlanes.
Continuous improvement methodologies: Lean, PDCA, 5W2H, 5 Whys, Ishikawa (fishbone) and Pareto.
Advanced Excel and Power Query.
Power BI (intermediate level).
Basic SQL.
Modeling tools (Bizagi Modeler, Visio or similar).
Microsoft 365 suite.
Basic knowledge of Power Automate.
Familiarity with Generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot or similar).
