- **Objective of the role**
- Identify, map, analyze and continuously improve business processes, promoting operational efficiency, standardization, waste reduction and support for data-driven decision making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- **Required technical knowledge**
- Process modeling: BPMN 2.0, flowcharts, SIPOC and swimlanes.
- Continuous improvement methodologies: Lean, PDCA, 5W2H, 5 Whys, Ishikawa (fishbone) and Pareto.
- Advanced Excel and Power Query.
- Power BI (intermediate level).
- Basic SQL.
- Modeling tools (Bizagi Modeler, Visio or similar).
- Microsoft 365 suite.
- Basic knowledge of Power Automate.
- Familiarity with Generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot or similar).
