Performance Marketing Specialist
Localiza&CoMarketing Performance Specialist leading digital media strategies for qualified lead generation at Localiza&Co. Focusing on campaign management using Meta Ads and Google Ads while analyzing performance metrics.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the digital media strategy and operations (plan, execute, monitor) with a focus on generating qualified leads.
- Own campaign management on Meta Ads and act as a reference for Google Ads strategies and other digital channels.
- Develop and optimize acquisition strategies across the entire consumer journey, from awareness to conversion.
- Identify opportunities to qualify leads through segmentation, audiences, creatives, journeys and attribution models.
- Monitor and optimize performance indicators such as CPL, CAC, conversion rate, lead volume, lead quality, ROAS and sales.
- Conduct in-depth data analyses to identify root causes, opportunities and growth levers.
- Partner with BI, CRM, SEO, Product, Sales and external vendors to enhance results.
- Produce executive-level analyses and strategic recommendations for leadership and business stakeholders.
- Run A/B tests, experiments and hypothesis validations to continuously evolve performance.
- Ensure governance of media investments and efficiency in resource allocation.
- Use Artificial Intelligence tools to increase productivity, automate analyses and optimize processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Growth or Digital Media.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Solid experience managing conversion-oriented campaigns that deliver business results.
- Experience analyzing large volumes of data to support decision-making.
- Analytical, results-oriented profile with data-driven decision-making and a critical mindset to identify opportunities.
- Autonomy and ownership, with strong prioritization, adaptability and the ability to work in dynamic environments.
- Communication and collaboration skills, able to turn analyses into business recommendations and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in high lead-volume businesses, e-commerce, marketplaces or digital retail (Preferred).
- Experience in competitive markets focused on demand generation and sales (Preferred).
- Knowledge of omnichannel strategies and cross-channel measurement (Preferred).
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to productivity, data analysis and presentation creation (Preferred).
