About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Will work within the Engineering Management team supporting expansion cost governance, focusing on preparing and reviewing cost plans, analyzing variances between plan and market returns, reviewing supplements and change orders, monitoring indicators and continuously improving the area’s processes.
- Prepare and support the governance of cost plans for construction and implementation projects;
- Analyze variances between estimated costs and market returns, identifying causes and opportunities for improvement;
- Support the preparation of documentation for requests and analysis of change orders;
- Contribute to KPIs, automation initiatives and process standardization;
- Support the management of the portfolio of construction and implementation projects;
- Interface with Procurement, Architecture, Project Management firms, Construction teams and other stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documents;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Analytical and organized profile.
- Construction cost estimating;
- Power BI;
- Power Automate;
- SAP;
- Experience with costs, planning, construction or project implementation.
