About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Map end-to-end processes and structure and optimize processes;
Perform analyses and problem diagnostics, proposing innovative and sustainable solutions;
Listen to, understand, and address the needs and challenges presented by operational leaders;
Develop, train on, and review processes and standards;
Lead area projects, acting as the focal point and fostering alignment, negotiation, and resolution of frictions with internal stakeholders;
Conduct field audits.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
Strong logical and analytical reasoning;
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint);
Basic knowledge of Power BI;
Basic knowledge of SQL;
Knowledge of process mapping and structuring;
Strong negotiation and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different areas;
Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
