About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and monitor payment projects, ensuring deadlines, alignment across teams, and progress of deliverables.
Serve as the interface between the business team and technology, tracking requests with squads and guiding priorities.
Lead the implementation of new payment methods and improvements to existing journeys, both digital and physical.
Monitor and contribute to a project roadmap, including initiatives such as Pix, partner integrations, and enhancements to payment solutions.
Support payment operations processes, ensuring correct execution and providing assistance on related topics such as reconciliation and chargebacks.
Act as a facilitator between departments, tracking status, following up on deliveries, and ensuring project advancement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in project management, preferably in agile environments.
Experience with payment methods or working in the financial services context.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Python are a plus.
