About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Propose, develop, and implement robust, scalable, high-performance end-to-end Machine Learning models;
Implement recommendation and personalization models;
Develop hybrid intelligence systems combining Machine Learning and Generative AI;
Provide technical leadership for projects and initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions;
Collaborate with business and product teams to define solutions with a systemic, end-to-end perspective;
Conduct complex analyses to extract valuable insights and drive positive business impact;
Develop and implement monitoring and measurement solutions to track results and performance;
Optimize large-scale data processing workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy;
Support other data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions across the organization;
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and AI, applying them to continually improve existing processes and models.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience extracting value from data, preferably in Data Science/Big Data environments;
Experience developing Machine Learning models;
Ability to evaluate the impact and return on investment of Machine Learning models;
Ability to present methodologies and results clearly and effectively to business stakeholders;
Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms;
Experience with statistical analysis;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
4+ years of proven experience working in data science;
Advanced, solid knowledge of Python and SQL.
