About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support stores with questions related to the fuel/supply process, advising on rules, limits, and proper use of fuel cards.
  • Ensure fuel cards are active and available for use, requesting new issuances when necessary.
  • Monitor fuelings/supplies carried out and identify possible irregularities or deviations.
  • Track card statement closings and arrange submission for payment within required deadlines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required; university studies in progress or completed considered a plus.
  • Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, filters).
  • Ability to manage operational and financial routines.
