About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on fleet regularization with a focus on data analysis, the use of technological tools and analytical support for processes, ensuring legal compliance of vehicles, meeting regulatory deadlines and correctly updating information with the competent authorities.
- Contribute to fleet availability, circulation, quality and safety, ensuring vehicles are regularized in accordance with current legislation and departmental guidance, with proper handling of processes with regulatory bodies.
- Perform operational and analytical reviews of regularization processes, supporting the identification of impediments, registration inconsistencies, administrative restrictions and opportunities for correction and improvement.
- Interface with internal areas (operations, stores, finance, Shared Services Center), following technical guidance, deadlines and established standards, contributing to process flow and risk mitigation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Process Management or related fields.
- Previous experience in process analysis, preferably in logistics, fleet management or operations.
- Advanced Office suite skills, with strong Excel proficiency for analysis and controls.
- Knowledge of fleet regularization, vehicle legislation and procedures with regulatory bodies is a plus.
