Fleet Monitoring Assistant
Localiza&CoAssistant Fleet Monitoring in a company focused on sustainable mobility. Responsible for monitoring vehicle maintenance and improving service processes.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Make phone contact with repair shops and dealerships to monitor the status of vehicles under maintenance;
- Record detailed information in the system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates;
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to identify and resolve factors causing delays in service completion;
- Monitor key indicators and propose improvements to monitoring processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Experience in administrative roles;
- Basic knowledge of tracking/registration systems and tools such as Excel and PowerPoint;
- Previous experience in customer service or monitoring automotive services is desirable;
- College degree completed or in progress is desirable.
