About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the structuring of analyses and product diagnostics, contributing to more efficient, data-driven decisions;
Navigate and extract data from multiple sources, structuring datasets and analyses that support understanding of the product portfolio, usage, rules and opportunities for evolution;
Translate complex business problems into actionable analyses, partnering with different areas and leadership;
Build, monitor and evolve metrics and dashboards, ensuring clarity, reliability and ease of use for decision-making;
Support the definition and tracking of action plans, ensuring connection between analysis, decision and execution;
Monitor indicators and scenarios, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and predictability, as well as potential risks;
Act in a consultative capacity with the area leader, contributing to the development and maturation of the Product function within the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed)
Prior experience as a Senior Analyst or in an equivalent position, with an analytical, hands-on approach
Experience with data-driven decision making
Solid experience in managing KPIs, data analysis and preparing executive presentations
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical thinking and critical judgment, with the ability to solve loosely structured problems
SQL for data navigation, extraction and analysis
Power BI for building and maintaining dashboards (Excel is also widely used in the area)
Python or other process automation tools is a plus.
