About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Structure, standardize and optimize processes related to supplier management, ensuring efficiency and scalability;
Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous improvements;
Identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities in the operational journey with suppliers;
Develop dashboards, reports and executive presentations for tracking results and decision-making;
Lead action plans with suppliers and internal departments aimed at performance improvement and operational compliance;
Work collaboratively with internal teams (operations, finance, procurement, etc.), ensuring alignment and process fluidity;
Support automation and process improvement initiatives using data and analytical tools;
Ensure organization, governance and visibility of the processes under your responsibility;
Keep up with market trends and best practices in supplier management and operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed);
Previous experience in process and/or supplier management;
Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and generate insights;
Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders;
Organized, structured, with a systems-thinking mindset;
Experience building KPIs and executive presentations;
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and/or SQL;
Experience with automation initiatives, AI and continuous improvement.
