Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multidisciplinary teams of ABAP and .NET developers, with strong interaction with SAP Functional consultants
Manage the design and evolution of ABAP solutions using modern practices such as CDS Views, RAP, and object-oriented programming
Ensure application of Clean Core principles (In-App and Side-by-Side), promoting best practices and avoiding undue coupling to the SAP core
Participate in and influence architecture decisions involving SAP S/4HANA, integrations, and SAP BTP
Manage and prioritize integration requests between SAP and other systems, using APIs, events, and integration tools
Develop the team technically by providing mentorship, career development, and dissemination of best practices
Structure and support adoption of modern engineering practices such as version control, automation, CI/CD, and the use of AI tools in development
Work closely with product teams, connecting business needs to scalable and sustainable technical solutions
Promote technical governance and continuous evolution of the organization's SAP platform
