Legal Assistant – Affirmative Action for People with Disabilities

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect, analyze and send case-related supporting materials to external law firms according to defined requests and deadlines;
- Provide clarifications and technical support to the firms regarding the information and materials submitted;
- Monitor and manage tasks from the firms requesting case support, ensuring proper recording, handling and compliance with deadlines;
- Assist in tracking procedural obligations, including internal controls and follow-ups;
- Support the organization of documents, information and key metrics within the department systems;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational workflows and litigation governance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed;
- Intermediate Excel skills (controls, spreadsheets, data organization and analysis);
- Intermediate PowerPoint skills (preparing presentations and management materials);
- Organized, analytical profile with strong attention to detail and good communication skills;
- Knowledge of BI – report and dashboard production (plus);
- Previous experience in litigation routines or corporate legal support (plus).
