About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of customer profiles, behavior, frequency, repurchase, retention, conversion, engagement, and channels, generating actionable business insights.
  • Work closely with the Growth team, contributing actively to the definition and execution of strategies focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Propose and develop segmentation and personalization strategies for communications, taking into account different moments in the customer journey and business objectives.
  • Create, evolve, and manage target audiences for campaigns, tests, and strategic initiatives, ensuring consistency and quality of the databases.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns and journeys, with autonomy to define rules, workflows, channels, and timing.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Data, Pricing, among others), translating business objectives into data-driven CRM strategies.
  • Define and structure tests (A/B, control, incrementality), including eligibility criteria, methodology, and measurement of results.
  • Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize campaign performance, identifying levers for improvement.
  • Develop robust analyses on impact, conversion, incremental revenue, and engagement, providing clear, decision-oriented recommendations.
  • Build and evolve dashboards, reports, and executive presentations with a focus on storytelling and decision-making.
  • Ensure documentation of rules, workflows, learnings, and processes, contributing to governance and scalability of the area.
  • Identify opportunities for operational and structural improvements in CRM processes, proposing and leading initiatives to increase efficiency.
  • Operate in an international (LATAM) context, considering market particularities, customer behavior, and regional strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Previous experience in CRM, campaigns, relationship journeys, customer segmentation, and measurement of results.
  • Ability to work autonomously in running campaigns and analyses, prioritizing tasks and generating business impact.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (intermediate/advanced).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, build hypotheses, and generate strategic recommendations.
  • Experience defining and analyzing A/B tests, control groups, and incrementality studies.
  • Good written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact with different teams and levels.
  • Organized, with a sense of priority, critical thinking, and a proactive attitude.
  • Interest or experience working in international (LATAM) contexts, including adapting to different markets and cultures.
  • Intermediate Spanish (desirable for interaction with stakeholders, regional projects, and for creating/editing texts).
