About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain process automations using RPA tools.
Support the collection of technical requirements together with process analysts and business areas.
Create simple workflows, business rules and basic integrations (files, web and desktop systems).
Execute unit tests and support integrated testing of automations.
Document automations (workflows, logic, exceptions and operational instructions).
Monitor executions, analyze failures and assist with error handling.
Follow development, governance and security standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience in backend development using the .NET platform, with a focus on C#.
Development of RESTful APIs and knowledge of service integration practices.
Experience with SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases and ORMs.
Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server and MongoDB.
Basic understanding of REST APIs and integrations.
Experience with iPaaS solutions: Workato, n8n, custom connectors, APIs, etc.
Basic knowledge of code versioning (Git).
Experience with process automation using Python or similar tools.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different areas and stakeholder levels.
Proactive, organized profile with autonomy to drive end-to-end deliveries.
