About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Structure, monitor, and analyze commercial performance indicators, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, conversion, and results;
Develop data analyses and studies to support decision-making for commercial and sales teams;
Conduct performance diagnostics, converting data into actionable insights to improve outcomes;
Support the design, execution, and tracking of projects and pilots focused on optimizing commercial performance;
Monitor results from tests, initiatives, and experiments, assessing impacts, risks, and scalability opportunities;
Build dashboards, reports, and executive materials to track KPIs and project progress;
Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and analytics teams to ensure implementation and sustainment of initiatives;
Support management of the area’s project portfolio, monitoring schedules, deliverables, risks, and success metrics;
Identify opportunities to apply automation, artificial intelligence, and new technologies to increase commercial efficiency;
Contribute to the dissemination of best practices and the development of performance monitoring methodologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields;
Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving ability;
Experience with data analysis, performance indicators, and generating insights to support decision-making;
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools;
Experience in project tracking, transformation initiatives, or continuous improvement;
Ability to work across functions and influence decisions through data;
Strong communication skills for presenting analyses and recommendations to diverse audiences;
Interest and curiosity in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and new technologies applied to business.
